Children learn about the environment by exploring; they can also build an appreciation for nature and a willingness to protect it.

Riverbend Environmental Education Center has summer day camp, weekend programs and holiday camps where children can explore the hidden bamboo forest, create gardens, catch insects from a pond, or hike through the stream on an adventure to the Schuylkill River.

These activities are sure to stimulate your children's curiosity and help them to build a sense of stewardship for the land.
