Pennsylvanians had a unique opportunity to explore the new retail energy marketplace during the Energy 2000 Showcase, held Nov. 10-11, 1998, at the Marriott Hotel, Harrisburg. The conference was designed to highlight renewable and sustainable energy sources and promote energy efficiency in the home and at the office. DEP Secretary James M. Seif delivered the luncheon address to the conference, which addressed wind and solar
energy, energy technology and consumer education.
