New Threads is a non-profit organization that employs unemployed and
underemployed persons to collect used clothing, remanufacture it,
and resell it. They make old clothing into unique clothing, accessories,
and pillows, which are available for sale in the Philadelphia area.
Waste products we generate can form the basis of life-changing businesses.
Produced by the Environmental Fund for Pennsylvania as part of the
GreenWorks for Pennsylvania television show entitled, "Buy
Recycled."
