show examines how environmental education enables Pennsylvanians
of all ages to understand and protect our environment.

the Pa. Department of Education's Academic Standards for Environment
and Ecology.

The Pennsylvania Center for Environmental Education, which
unifies the environmental education work of many agencies and
organizations, including the PA Department of Environmental
Protection, the PA Fish & Boat Commission, the PA Game Commission,
the Pennsylvania Business Roundtable, and other environmental
educators;

The Pennsylvania Alliance for Environmental Education, a network
for environmental teachers and a resource for educational materials;

The Lincoln High School's Environmental Technology Academy
in Philadelphia, where students learn practical analytical skills
required to work in the field of environmental science and safety;

cold winter months;

The Environmental Alliance for Senior Involvement's PA Environmental
Corps, which enables older citizens to learn and teach as they
monitor the quality of Commonwealth waterways; and

The Lancaster County Environmental Education Center, housing
the Shuts Environmental Library, which is uniquely wired into
the main library system of Lancaster County.
