  • Six year-old Mary Zuzack, who suffers from asthma; her family and doctor describe the daily impact of air quality on the Zuzacks' lives;

  • The realities and effects of "suburban sprawl"-the shift of people from cities to newly built suburbs in what used to be farmland and forest areas. Pulitzer Prize winner Thomas Hylton, author of, Save Our Land, Save our Towns, as well as photographer Blair Seitz, developer Ed Drogaris of the Drogaris Companies, and John Oliver, Secretary of the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, all share their perspectives and
    solutions to sprawl;

  • The environmental club at Souderton High School, in Montgomery County, which planned, financed, and built an environmentally friendly, energy efficient house using cutting edge technology blended with old-fashioned common sense;

  • The drop-off recycling program operated by the Village of Fredonia (population 653) in Western Pennsylvania, where people from miles away often jam the streets for the best recycling around; and

  • Jim Crater-inventor, environmentalist, and energy product collector-who has developed a solar-powered Porsche, a truck that runs on vegetable oil, and other fascinating ways to make life
    more energy efficient.
