PA Cleanways is an organization that gives communities tools to organize
to clean up illegal dumps, which decrease quality-of life and property
values, and pose dangers of injury or fire. Because PA Cleanways helps
the community take on the task of cleaning up illegal dumps and keeping
them clean, for many communities this the most effective way of cleaning
up trashed areas, which improves life for all the people.
