Environmental Careers
This episode of the award-winning GreenWorks for Pennsylvania TV

Nancy Pointon, a hydrogeologist with Allegheny Power in Greensburg,
Westmoreland County, who monitors the effect the company operations
have on groundwater, in order to protect area drinking water;

Kevin Peter, Executive Director of the not-for-profit Riverbend
Environmental Education Center in Montgomery County, where students,
community groups and educators learn how improving the environment
improves their quality of life;

Melanie Pallone, reporter and host of the Allegheny Front,
a weekly show on WYEP Radio in Pittsburgh that highlights the
positive things people in southwest Pennsylvania do to protect
their environment;

Raymond Schutzman of the Allegheny Financial Group of Pittsburgh,
which helps people to invest in socially responsible companies
with clean environmental records;

Dick Snyder, a biologist who helps raise healthy fish and protect
aquatic resources with the Pennsylvania Fish and Boat Commission's
Pleasant Gap Fish Culture Center in Centre County;
