In this video, see how a team of workers and managers at Hershey Foods Corporation has reduced waste and costs through a comprehensive recycling program. The team is at work throughout the company recycling everything from the aluminum foil on Hershey Kisses to plastic bottles used for Hershey syrup and office paper and packing materials. The goal of the committee is to completely reduce waste going to landfills from their operations.

At the same time, the company has found their recycling efforts are saving close to a millions dollars annually. Listen to the pride of the Hershey workers involved in this project.
