Are you paying for your neighbors waste collection? Join us in Douglass
Township, PA, to find out more about the "Pay As You Throw"
program. Residents here only pay for what they throw away. If they
throw out less, they pay less, giving them an added incentive to recycle
more and generate less waste.
This video will take us through the process of "Pay As You Throw",
showing us how it works, and giving us a glimpse of a community using
it.
